Mimosas and Muffins, Veggies and Plants

“The purpose of this (50 year old) club shall be to encourage and advance the fine art of gardening and landscaping; the study of horticulture and conservation; and the beautification of our environment.”

Did you know that Cheverly has a Garden Club that is 50 years old (see purpose statement above) and that this Saturday they are having a plant sale? Not only are they selling plants and veggies, they are serving muffins and mimosas! Yes, I said mimosas. Who will be joining me at 8am at the Town Park pavilion? Are any of my readers Garden Club members? If so, I’d love to hear more about it in the comment section. I started my first garden ever this year and I’ve learned to love working with my hands outside. Who knew that gardening could be so much fun? I hope to see you all there.

Is the image above copy right? Do you know the original source of the picture? Our school garden club would like to use it but first need to know about copy right.
