I remember last year’s Holiday Market like it was yesterday. Ahhh…how fast a year goes. Next week is Thanksgiving and then Christmas will be here before we know it. I haven’t started shopping yet–for either holiday. But I do love walking around our market and seeing all of the fun creative items and food that is for sale. A couple years back the Cheverly Community Market started selling Christmas trees. Although I think it is a wonderful idea, we always go to a Christmas tree farm in West Virginia to cut our own. Then we drive home with it on top of our van and yes, we look like the family on Christmas Vacation. But if you are not into that type of thing, buying a tree from the Cheverly Market is your best option. Tree options can be seen here and can be bought on line or in person at the market on Saturday. On Dec 5th the trees show up at the Community Center and you can pick yours up!
With all that is going on in the world right now, I wish you all blessings and peace. I’m grateful for the joy that can be found in our little town.
Love to you all,
