Great news for our market. Homes are selling for more than ever before and we are having bidding wars. Prices are going up, up, up.  All I have to say is: IT IS ABOUT TIME. Love our homes. Love our town.

    These homes are fairly large by Cheverly standards. It will be interesting to see where the average 1200 – 1300 square foot homes shake out. I hope it is a trend across the board and not just a premium on relatively larger homes.

      I don’t think it has to do with the size of the home. (well, yes the size does matter but that is not all, in my opinion) The home at 3403 Cheverly Ave is only 1196 sq ft. I visited it during the open house and it was quite small. It did, however, have a ton of charm and was well staged and well kept. They added a front porch and the back deck, both were great selling points for the home. It was listed at 370 and sold for 410.
