Rising Property Values


Prince George’s County Officials Tout Rising Property ValuesCounty Executive Rushern Baker’s office said assessments released this week show a 14 percent increase in commercial property values and a 12 percent increase in residential property values in Prince George’s.

So what about Cheverly? How are our prices looking? I guess that depends on who you ask, but I’ve seen some positive numbers in the following homes that have sold: (see above pic, this sold for 560K!)


Home with the red door sold for 406K.






And 350K on Landover Road.

Cheverly is still such a hidden gem. I’m glad I found it early…
