This past week and upcoming week has been and will be CRAZY. With the Women’s March, The Inauguration and going back to school (seminary) I just don’t know if you will hear much from me. I’m so grateful to live in Cheverly, that I can actually leave the craziness of DC to hang out in my quiet neighborhood. This past weekend was spent with friends and shared meals with neighbors. (discussing the latest Cheverly drama, the prison re-entry facility) Anyhow, last night I made chili. It seemed appropriate for January and I forgot how much I LOVE this recipe. I enjoyed it so much that I thought I’d share. If you are members at Costco, head there today and get ground turkey and their cut up butternut squash (in the huge refrigerator section) and then go home and make this asap. It’s delish.
