Hello friends. I finally made it out of my house this month. I’m kidding- but seriously, the winter has had me shut inside so I decided to book a room at my favorite hotel, The Four Seasons Baltimore. I love this hotel because of the spa. The relaxation room at this spa is amazing and I took full advantage of it this weekend. This is what they had waiting for us when we arrived:
I’d highly recommend it for a weekend getaway.
On another note, I’ll be getting out of the house on Saturday mornings during the month of March to help with a Greenleaf Fitness class. If you are looking for a spiritual and physical boost, this class is for you. Here are the details:
A class focused on thoughtful low impact movements, strengthening the body through exercises that challenge core strength, flexibility, and stability while also providing an opportunity to deepen ones faith through weekly devotions and reflections during class. This class will be led by Anna Smith with help from Lisa Shultz.
